Troubleshooting
Under normal operating conditions, such as product problems, pleaseconsult the solution:
Cannot boot:
Check the recorder is correct and car charger, if the manual boot, check whether the low battery needs recharging. As a
result of the program can be passed by the RESET reset key, restore to factory settings.
The camera automatically stop shooting, or non circular camera:
The HD video data is huge, possibly because the memory card reader can not keep up the pace. Please use the high speed
TF card such as high speed C10 card.
Non circular camera also has the possibility is the gravity sensing functionopen, Cary memory is all locked file cause. Please
send the gravity sensingis closed, and the memory card format.
Each time and set up recycling camera is not the same:
Check whether the open mobile detection function, because the cameramotion detection under the condition of long,
depends on the picture has no moving.
Shoot the film is not clear:
Please check the lens have stolen goods, finger print. Please clean the lenssurface before filming, keep it clean and tidy.

The images are fringe interference:
This is because of the mistake of "light frequency" under fluorescent lightgenerated.
