DH-700/1200 High-Speed Automatic Vacuum Forming Machine
I. Usage:
This machine is suitable for forming PS/PVC/PET/PP plastic sheet into various of containers, boxes, dishes, trays, bowls and lids.
II. Features:
1. The machine is designed total enclosed structure, which prevents the dust and enhances the
product’s health quality.
2. This machine uses the double-row photoelectric control system, the feeding width and length
even stepless adjustment(500mm-680mm, 700mm-1200mm), it is suitable for different
arrangement mould, the material using is high.
3. It adopts transducer to feed sheet, which is safe and reliable, the feeding error is about
1.5mm.
4. The heating system uses the horizontal type, which is convenient to replace the damaged
parts.
5. The guide pillar is flinty processing, conforms GB CODE (0.02mm-0.03mm) to strengthen
the down mould work smooth. The guide pillar need not lubricant, which reduces pollution and
maintains neat.
6. The material institution is all controlled by PLC, the feeding length is calm and correct.
7. Special wind-cool system makes the products shaping fast and demounding easily.
8. Poses the delay vacuum function and the second vacuum function.
9. The electric stove is all sealed, uses the heat preservation cotton to keep temperature, and
saves power is approximately 40% compared to other similar types.
10. Demold by shaking, may shake when taking off mold, take on mold for two times and protect
finished products, not deformation and not crack. Manual bottom wind can be used in
sample, will not deform or damage mold.
