Usage:
This granulating line could be used for pelletizing different kind of plastic materials: such as PET flakes, ABS, PC, PP, PE, HIPS, TPU, PC/ABS and other electrical enclosures, plastic parts of computer equipment, defective products of daily necessities and toys etc.
Main Components:
This granulating line mainly includes material compulsory feeder, vented single screw extruder, screen exchanger, die head, water tank, blowing dryer, rotary speed cutter, Vibrating Screen, Cyclone device with storage hopper and PID Temperature Controller Cabinet.
Note: the barrel screw of PET recycling machine should be specially designed.
