Automatic Warm Pad Forming Machine

Usage:

 

This machine is specially designed for packing warm packs, heating pads, body warmers, foot pad warmers, warm uterus past, self-heat activated materials, such as activated carbon and etc. These warm packs are widely used in winter for both male and female.

 

Machine Features:

 

1. Heat sealing, coding batch number, creasing, punching and other devices all are fixed core shaft with positioning rack. When you turn the handle wheel, different positions can easily move on the mandre. This machine is equipped with scales, calibration convenient, fast and accurate positioning.

 

2. Manipulator traction with a double pendulum device, which increases traction adjustable stroke range (up to 220mm). It can be suitable for various sizes of medicine packaging. Different working positions, such as Registration heating, up&down cobwebbing, heat sealing by cylinder, automatic feeding, automatic coding batch number, punching, is simple and reliable operation.

 

3. The main transmission part adopts parallel shaft helical gear boxes. The molds for heat sealing, indentation etc are positioned by pin, plate fastened, accurate positioning, convenient change molds, save packing material.
