PLASTIC SHEET EXTRUSION MACHINE

I. General Working Principle:

WJP Series PP/3D Stationery Sheet Extrusion Line is widely used for producing thinner PP sheets. Such PP sheets are mainly used for stationery packing, such as, document folder. The general working principle of this extruder machine is as following:

Mixed material loading->plasticizing->extrusion from T-die->forming by press or flow casting->traction->waste edge trimming->counted sheet cutting->finished products->waste sheet shredding->scrap recycling.

II. Features:

1. Main parts of extruder machine adopt domestic and foreign famous brands, such as, from Taiwan, Europe, Japan, with stable performance, durability, good quality, high precision and low energy consumption. 

2. T-die head is made by Chinese professional factory with reliable quality. 

3. Calender Roller: embossing roller could be made according to the customer’s requirements or special ordered from Taiwan to guarantee the sheet quality.

4. The T-shape die head has adjustable breath/thickness to ensure the quality and low waste scrap.

5. This production line is equipped with PLC controlled Auto Cutting Machine, which ensures you perfect quality products.

III. PP SHEETS SPECIFICATION AND STANDARD: 

1. The appearance and performance of sheets has achieved the industrial standard of ZBG3006-33008-92/GB-85-80 and national regulation of plastic for food packing and food sanitation management.

2. The stationery sheets has passed the inspection many years ago, which is completely accord with the requirements of American&European countries.
