Meltblown filter media is made from utra fine polypropylene fiber by hot melting, fiber fineness is 0.5-4μm. No bonder, no smell, stable chemical function, strong intensity of tension, high resistance of acid and alkali. The filter presicion can reach 0.1μm after hot rolling. High presicion, low pressure, large air flow, long useful life, stable function. Meltblown  filter is sticked together stochasticly by utra fine polypropylene fiber, the appearance is pure white, smooth, rigidity is mezzo, fiber fineness is 1-10μm. The fiber are distributed randomly can provide more chance for hot melting so that enlarge the specific surface area of filter media and enhance the porosity(≥75).
