Introduction……………………
GHZ100 high speed agglo granule machine is a kind of pelleting equipment,which can
agglomerate the scrap and thermoplastic film,or the plastic product which thickness less
than 2mm.The soft PVC,PE,PS,PP srcap and film can be agglomerated,even the EPS scrap.
1.After jumping the scrap into the boiler,by the shearing function of the high speed revolved
rotate blade and fixed blade,can quickly make the scrap and film into pieces.
2.The sheared piece material flow along the boiler inner wall by the centrifugal force of the rotate
blades,in the same time the scrap material up and down turnover by the function of the blow loaf,
then flow from around to center.
3.Due to the high speed,the scrap material friction and the blade friction will bring a lot of friction
heat,then can make the material temperature rise up to the semiplastic condition,the material
will cemented bit.Add amount of water sprinkle into the boiler before the material joint block,when
the hot material meet the cool water,will boiloff at once and can take away the heat of the material
surface,make the material surface cooling and antijoint block,
4.then the material will cut into granule(size anomalistic granule).As requested,also can mix the
color,add some dye when cutting..
