This model machine dry-typelaminator and coater is used for PET, Nylon, CPP, CPE, Aluminum foil, paper and such roll base materials’ dry-type laminating process. The whole machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC control and man-machine interface operation.

Part3: dry system
1.Electric oven, secondly use hot air, save energy, use independent piecewise constant temperature drying system, together with electric temperature Measuring device, control the temperature automatically, air in and out device can be adjusted ,high strength and totally be dried.
2.Electric oven open method: Oven lid with air impulsion, make material-loading convenient.
3. In the oven guiding roller with active control, the transmission of rollers adopts synchronous belt to link each other, use vector inverter control system, same step with main motor.
