Product structure

Foam insulation boards are made of high-performance waterproof extruded polyurethane, it has a 0.75mm coating on either side comprising a glassfiber mesh embedded in a polymer cement mortar.

Reaction to fire

Fixing

Choose a way to fix JIT insulation backer boards according to the substrate to be fixed to. Normally, using  modified tile adhesive for solid concrete wall/floor and strengthened by mechanical fixings when necessary while only using mechanical fixings for wood and steel frames.

Reinforcement

1. Dry areas: reinforce all joints between boards, floors and walls by 5cm or 10cm wide self-adhesive tape.

2. Wet areas: reinforce by suitable waterproof  tape.

Waterproof strengthen

1. Strengthening all joints between boards, floors, walls and mechanical fixings placements by suitable waterproof tape.

2. Strengthening joints between walls, outside corners and inside corners by special corners.

3. Sealing pipe holes with special waterproof tape.

4. Strengthening once again by waterproof glue, liquid tanking membrane, tanking membrane paint, etc. when necessary.

Coating of panels

Should always be covered by ceramic tiles, mosaics or other equivalent non-fireproof materials after installation.

1. PU sandwich panel( foam insulation board)

In terms of material proportioning and technical output of yanghu  product, six-component mixed pouring technology,allowing on-line automatic operation which is the most advanced in the globe is adopted to take the lead in achieving six-component continuous foaming in China and finish proportioning process on line at a time; On the other hand, the formula can be adjusted in accordance with the environmental change to match with air-entrapping mixing unit to bring more well-distributed materials and finer foams for the purpose of producing high-strength, energy-saving and environment-friendly building boards.

2. Rock wool sandwich panel(foam insulation board)

Rock wool sandwich panels manufactured by yanghuzl company are made of a high quality Rock wool. Turning 90 degrees after cutting, assure the fiber direction perpendicular to the sheet to increase the strength. Spraying the high-intensity fire-proof adhesive to the surface of the core and the sheet, ensure that it won’t be cracking after a long time. On the other hand, we use the polyurethane side sealing technology which greatly improves the insulation waterproof performance and general quality.

3. Glass wool panel(foam insualtion board)

Our glass wool panels are made of high quality pure melting silica,which can bare of over 350 degree and have very good performance.Turning 90 degrees after cutting, assure the fiber direction perpendicular to the sheet so as to increase the strength. Spraying the high-intensity fire-proof adhesive to the surface of the core and the sheet, ensure that it won’t be cracking after a long time. On the other hand, we use the polyurethane side sealing technology which greatly improves the insulation waterproof performance and general quality.
