24/30/32 Working Station CNC Turret Punch Press
CNC hydraulic punch press with high accuracy and efficiency has integrated most advanced technologies in the world. A perfect combination of newest control technology and conventional mechanism. It is ideal equipment in numerically controlled metal fabrication industry with good features such as high automation, high productivity, and stable feature, safe and reliable.
The tooling
The international universal tooling is of thick turret long guide series, with a high hardness, anti-abrasion ability and good guidance, a long tool life and no shim needed after regrinding. The work range can be expanded with auto indexing stations.
Auto-index stations rotation
The 2 Auto-index stations are of featured worm and wheel construction and eliminate the clearance. Auto-index stations quickly rotated to any angle position while the sheet is be positioned. The rotation can be made arbitrarily for a bigger working range and to reduce the demanding tooling for saving working times and set-up work.
The controlling system
The machine takes the world-famous FANUC or Siemens control system and AC servo system. Features: Universal RS232 standard interface, Chinese and English text are available, mighty diagnostic function, Gripper and punching head auto protection, The international universal G code program. On line data transfer reduces down time and raises productivity.
Hydraulic system
The machine takes the world-famous German H+L whole hydraulic system. It is safe, reliable, noise-low and automatic hydraulic overload protection with a stable punching force in the complete stroke. German H+L whole hydraulic system ensures the machine to be reliable and has high performance of power, reduces vibration and noise.
Transmission system
The machine takes the world-famous company high precision ball screw and large traverse linear guide with reliability are equipped for driving and align.
Full floating clamps
The originality of using upper lower floating clamps. The floating clamp makes the loading easy, optimizes its working condition and produces big clamping force. In addition, the clamp is of gutter type connection for easy movement.
Frame
The O frame is entirely welded with steel plates; It has high strength and good rigidity. And using advanced heat treatment technology to completely eliminate stress allows the machine to maintain the accuracy and to extend the working life of the tools and itself.
Nylon brushes and balls compound table
Table with nylon Brushes and balls allows stainless steel and special surface materials can be processed without damage. The ovement of sheet is quiet and smooth.
Auto-programming
Automatic processing of CAD files to CNC program. Tool library management, automatic tooling, optimized the special tool, optimized punch path, process, automatic micro-joint, automatic repositioning.
