4.How to deal the fault products in the warranty time ?
Answer : Normally send us pictures ,after the engineer confirm it is quality problem .
We will send new model to replace .After you get new replace model ,
send back the fault one,and send back ,we will check the fault reason
and let customer know the fault reason .
5.Can you offer free sample ?
Answer : No .
6.Which kind of package?
Answer : Natural white box , customer designed box available .
7.Can i arrange the balance after i get the goods ?
