Plated brown fused alumina abrasive is a new tyoe of abrasive which is plate with ferric oxide on the surface by a specific processing.It is made from high quality brown fused alumina or brown fused alumina calcined at high temperature through intensive deep processing and high temperature heating.
2.Advantages Compared with normal brown fused alumina:
1)its micro-hardness increases by 10%
2)toughness increase by 10%
3)hydrophilicity increase by 3.5 times
4)grinding and cutting quantity increases by 3%
5)efficiency increase by 30 to 50%
