1,This product is divided into three groups,two kinds of single phase.style as iron core dry-type.
2,Iron core is made of highgrade silicon steel sheet,after quick punch punching,be provided with a small burr,uniform rules,the lamination is neat and beautiful.to ensure the reactor is running with low noise and low temperature performance.
3,The coil is made of quality insulation wire,after winding by special machine,be provided with good flatness and the advantages of beautiful appearance.
4,The reactor in the process of assembly,all clamping device are through anticorrosive processing,key clip with non-magnetic material and by the preliminary drying,vacuum leaching paint,thermal drying curing this process,make the reactor coil and iron core firm into an organic whole.greatly reduce temperature rise and noise at the work time. improve the effect of quality factor and reduce harmonic.
