Pipe for Optical Fiber Cable is a new-type composite pipe with silicone compound solid lubricant in its inner wall,
referred to as silicon tube. It is extruded composited by three plastic extruders and the main raw material is high-density polyethylene.
The core layer is solid silicone lubricant, which has the lowest coefficient of friction. The silicon core of inner wall is solid and to be a permanent lubricants. And the friction characteristics of silicon core will remain unchanged so that the cable can be extracted repeatedly in pipe, and It has the same physical and mechanical properties as the HDPE, so it will not peel and with the same life as HDPE.
The pipe is convenient in construction and greatly reduce the project cost. Neither need the jacket pipe nor subduct, the cables can through directly in silicon core pipe.
