Product Description
LDPE DUCT is a new-type composite pipe with silicone compound solid lubricant in its
inner wall, referred to as silicon tube. It is extruded composited by three plastic extruders and the main
raw material is high-density polyethylene.
The core layer is solid silicone lubricant, which has the lowest coefficient of friction. The silicon core of inner wall
is solid and to be a permanent lubricants. And the friction characteristics of silicon core will remain unchanged so that
the cable can be extracted repeatedly in pipe, and It has the same physical and mechanical properties as the HDPE, so
it will not peel and with the same life as LDPE.
The pipe is convenient in construction and greatly reduce the project cost. Neither need the jacket pipe nor subduct, the cables can through directly in silicon core pipe. Each (cycle) silicon core pipe can be made of any length, since the length is generally 2000 meters, then the men- well can be set every 1, 000m. Using the air blowing to wear cables, so it
only need 15 minutes each 1, 000 meters. It is widely used in optical cable communication network system.
The silicon core layer will not react with water and can be washed with water after the accident occurred. And radius of curvature for silicon core pipe is small (ten times than its diameter. ), if meet the bend and the gap when laying, it can be determined with the environment without doing any treatment.

Internal wall of the silicone duct is closely fused, no split. Both edges are smooth and vertical to th axis. Inside silica gel layer is even distributed. Coil packing is used.
