HDPE Fiber optical cable duct
is a new kind of composite pipe with silicone solid lubricant in inner wall. It has good sealing performance, anti-corrosion, low construction cost, and it is widely used in optical cable communication network system of highway, railway etc. HDPE silicon core pipe, in short, silicon pipe, is extruded and composited by three sets plastic extruding machines synchronously and its main materials are high-density polyethylene;.and core layer is solid lubricant silicone with the lowest friction coefficient. They are extensively applied in optical cable communication network systems.
Characteristics:
The silicon core layer in inner wall is solid permanent lubricant.
The silicon core layer in inner wall is extruded into high-density polyethylene pipe wall synchronously, and distributed in the whole pipe inner wall uniformly, which won’t peel off and has the same life with silicon pipe.
The silicon core layer in inner wall has the same physical and mechanical properties as high-density polyethylene.
The silicon core layer’s friction property remain unchanged, and cables could be taken repeatedly in the pipe.
The silicon core layer in inner wall won’t react with water, and the pipeline could be rinsed by water after accidents
