Introduction to the product:

HDPE (high-density polyethylene) silicone duct for communication is a newly developed composite conduit with solid silica gel lubricant in its internal wall. It is short for silicone duct. Its made by three plastic extruders. Its major raw material is high-density polyethylene. Sandwich layer is solid silica gel lubricant of low friction coefficient. Owing to the special extrusion molding technology, the internal wall of the duct becomes extremely smooth.

   The internal wall of the duct is so smooth that cable blowing technology can be selected for optical cable and cable laying, which makes the construction simple, quick and economic. Moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life.
Good insulating performance and long service life (underground duct can be used for 50 years), durable, easy for maintenance, ensure of a safe operation of the line. The duct can be coiled with not much joints, easy for installation, and duct length can be as long as 3000m. High pressure resistance, system enlarging, maintenance is very convenient and cost is low.

Color: Black is the base color, color code on the surface of the duct is distinguished by brown, grey, orange, blue, red, purple, green and yellow. Product supplying is based on requirements.
