Expansion Joints
In the beginning of 1995, through the close cooperation with the experts of highway planning designing institution of the Ministry of communications and BaoLi company, the first domestic large-scale and exclusive test-bed was invented. After one year’s industrious working and abreast breakthrough, we finally manufactured a bridge retractor device with Chinese unique technical feature, this “GQF-MZL, GQF-C” type bridge retractor device filled in gap for China. In December of the same year, the communication industry convened the appraisal meeting for this product; the experts gave a high appraisal to this product.. On 6th June, 1997, the Ministry of Communications convened the appraisal meeting for the “GQF-MZL, GQF” type bridge retractor device, the experts again gave the following high appraisal to this product: “ the product manufactured by HengShui BaoLi company owns innovative design, strong adaptability; it is the first case at home. The leading-edge technique, strict and reliable quality control procedure makes it available for volume production” Thus, this product pushed the gate for domestication of retractor device and ended the history of importing expensive bridge retractor device. In 1999, it was awarded the “Second Class Prize for Progress in Science and Technology” by the ministry of Communications.

By incorporating the results of recent research activities, each joint system is designed to provide watertight, fatigue resistant, long-term, maintenance-free performance.
