1. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 10000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2. How to get samples?
To confirm what items and the size you wanted ,We provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for customized designs.
If need to open the new Knife mouldSize,Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL.
If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account.
It takes about 2-4 days to reach you, subject where you are.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 4-6 days, subject to your designs whether they need new molds or new printing screen, etc.
Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It according to the quantity of the oder , we will confirm the lead time for you in time.
We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time !
5. How much is the freight charge?
If you want to get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity, it takes 3-5 days to reach, but freight charge higher than that by sea.
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB Shanghai/Wuhan or CIF your port, in some countries, our forwarder can dispatch the goods to your door, which is more convenient for you.
6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc.
We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique. Or you can tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors for you.
