Product Features:

1).Two-component silicone sealant

2).neutral curing silicon sealant

Main purpose/use: 

1).Mainly used for the structural sealing of the second time adhesion of hollow glass.
2).Other kinds of construction and industrial use sealant.

Technical Datas:

Use restrictions (note): 

1).Inappropriate to be used on the surface of materials that with permeability , plasticizers or solvents.
2).Inappropriate to be used in the place of continuous immersion and on the surface of frosty or moist stuffs.
3).Inappropriate to be used in the sealing of the interface which with more than 30% displacement, and inappropriate to be 
4).used in the place with excessive friction and physical damage.
5).Note: Product technical service shall be always offered from the company .

Packing:

Packing 1:
Component-A is packed in an iron drums of 190 L , with a net content of 185L;
Component-B is packed in a plastic drums of 19L, with a net content of 18.5L. 
Packing 2:
Component-Ais packed in a plastic drums of 19L, with a net content of 18.5L.
Component-B is packed in a plastic barrel of 300ML.

Colors:

Component-A: with the color of white 
Component-B : with the color of black
The color will be black after the mixing of two components.

Storage: 

1.This product is not a flammable and explosive material,So it can be transported as a normal non-hazardous product.

 2.It shall be stored in a dry,cool and well-ventilated place  below 27°C.As of production date,the storage period is 12 months. 

Notes: 

1).Not suitable for the material with seep grease,plasticizing agent or solvent,such as the surface of oil-impregnated wood.
2).It is not suitable on non-ventilated palces as silicone sealant requires absorbing moisture in air for curing

3).It is not suitable for using when the tempertaure on the material surface is lower than 4°C or highter than 40°C.

Sealing method (how to use):

1).Material-contacting compatibility and adhesion experimenting before using, using in the construction operationafter confirmation of experiment success. Otherwise the company is not responsible for any losses caused by .

2).Clean the surface of the substrate before sealing.

3).Glue the squeezed glue from the tube to the interface area with a glue gun.

4).Trimming before the glue were cured.

5).To glue in the ventilation conditions.
