Product brief:
A high tenacity polyester scrim is coated on both sides with
a PVC compound that provides weather resistance, smooth
surface, color, and protects the polyester fibers against UV
degradation. The higher quality architectural fabrics have a
topcoat to protect the PVC coating and improve cleanliness
of the surface.
Advantage:
Yilong chooses to use high performance polyester as a standard product line. Polyester fabric is a fire retardant/self-extinguishing and self-cleaning fabric that is the industry standard for quality structures. It passes NFPA701 and ASTM E84 Fire Codes. Pre-constraint technology gives the fabric high tensile strength and gives it the capability to maintain tension in extreme climates.
