If anything go wrong within12months or 1000 hours, which ever come first from the date of purchase Goodsense will pay for parts to have the repairs conducted any shipping expenses will be also paid by Goodsense and in return,clents need to give back the parts needed to be exchanged to Goodsense, with shipping expenses paid. If a part is bad and urgent, clients take photos of scutcheon, side of the whole forklift and the bad part, Goodsense can send out the part within a day, and if the weight not excess 10KGs, Goodsense can deliver parts toclients by DHL,Fedex or else, if it is heavier, shipped by sea within a day. as for the labor, Goodsense will refund clients with 100dollar per set,if clients order quantity excess 20 sets yearly.
Goodsence will not be responsible for damage cause by the user or owner or lack of required maintenance or abuse.
Structure workshop
Precious cutting of various thickness of steels are ensured by applying one set of cutting machine, two sets of high-tech CNC plasma cutting machines and one set on NC flame cutting machine.

Painting shop
High-performance ball blasting line ensures that all structural parts are perfectly processed before painting to obtain excellent adhesion of the paint and sheet-metal.
Three stoving vanish painting lines ensure an outstanding painting quality for the plants and the complete truck.
Test site & storage

1.What's the Certificate do you have?
Goodsense workshop meet with the ISO9001 Quality System. And all of our products are with CE certificate. Epa approval can be available if needed.
2. Can you customize and design as the clients' requirement?
Goodsense will try its best to meet all kinds of clients' special requirements. And for new products that have not been into the market yet, we have our technical team to help the clients. All kinds of attachments such as roll paper clamp, side shifter and so on can be available.
3. How long is the warranty of your products?
All of products are with 1 year / 1000 working hours subject to the first.
4. Can you produce the products labeled with the client's brand?
Yes, we do!
With the authorization of the brand, we can OEM for our clients.
5. What's the payment terms do you accept?
Normally we accept 30% deposit, 70%balance before delivery.
6. Delivery date:
If clients need normal products, we will deliver the products within 25days. If clients need customerized products, the delivery date depend on the requirements.
