Thanks for reviewing our Steel Building Kits ,Our steel plate is hot-roll with high strength, coming from top five steel factories in China mainland. The steel grade is Q235B and Q345B. All steel components are calculated based on structural analysis and load. The production procedures mainly include flame cutting, welding&combination, mechanical rectify, mechanical punching hole, shot blasting for rust removed, and surface treatment with painting or galvanizing. Our company has many successful cases which our products are exported to foreign countries, including Australia, Russia, Sri Lanka, Djibouti, and Kista, Africa, Southeast Asia etc.
If you want to build a steel structure project, please give me some detailed parameters for us to design,Details as follows:
1. Usage - is a warehouse .
2. Dimension: Length 25m , width 28m , Height 7 m.
3. the warehouse will be built - melbourne - australia , Local snow load - no , Wind load -25m/s, Local earthquake magnitude - no earthquake requirement.
4. sandwich panel would like : galvanized rock wool sandwich panel
5. two doors -5 m wide x 5 m high Sliding
6. two windows - 2.1 x 2.1 sliding windows
7. would like a crane
8. need some skylights on the roof
9. twice anti-corrosive primer paint & one finish paint ok
