Notes:
1). Ensure the weldment connect with positive pole and welding gun connect with cathode.
2). Keep the welding angle 80°90° between wire and weldment when vertical down welding to prevent slag inclusion and porosity.
3). keep the electrode extension with 6—10 times by wire diameter.
It is a kind of low&mild-manganese and low&mild-silicon type welding wire.
It matches with Mild &high-managanese and Mid &high type welding flux, it is not sensitive to the rust on the base metal. it has excellent bead molding and slag detach ability.
It is the most frequently used submerged-arc welding wire.
Monopole or dipole.AC/DC.
