High Technology Tire Pyrolysis Oil Plant in Uae is a newtechnology, researched and developed by YUNENG
and Chongqing University based on the natures of tire oil. It runs under low temperature from the beginning to
the end.
It can effectively remove particles, colloidal matter, acid and odour from tire oil by acid-treatment
and filtration. Finally you can get oil with clean and transparent color and qualified smell to improve
its economic value. It has high recycling rate, low costs of energy consumption, It is suitable for
purification and deodorization of tire oil.
Tire Pyrolysis Oil Plant Features
1) It combines physical and chemical method to remove the tiny impurities and colloidal substance in the tire oil.
2) We use special sand filtration technology to remove impurities and odour quickly, to restore color of used tire oil and improve quality
3) Interlocked electrical control system is safe, reliable and easy to operate.
4) There is automatic filling system which can fill the tire oil into tank automatically to save the human power.
5) The used tire oil cleaning machine occupies small area with novel structure and reasonable layout.
