Pre-painted steel coil is produced by galvanized steel strip as its base material through surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment) and then being coated with two layers of liquid coating material by roller coating before being baked out and cooled down.
1) Steel grade: SGCC, CGCC, DX51D EN10142/10147 DX51D, S250GD, ASTM A653).
2) Base material: Galvanized Coil (Hot Dipped)
3) Zinc coating:50-180g/m2
5) Top Coated: about14 microns. Back coated: about 7 microns.
6) Width: 500mm/600mm/914mm/1000mm/1200mm/1219mm/1250mm,
7)Thickness: 0.12-1.0mm
7) Color Sample: RAL9002, RAL9010, RAL8017, RAL3005, etc.
