This a 5in1 frame machine,which consist of heated plate,a frame separator,vacuum manual separator,glue remover and frame press.right is the frame press switch,glue remover switch and thermostat,Left is the manual separetor switch and thermostat,The first one on the right is the vacuum switch.The second one on the right is the A frame switch.The left side is the a frame swith.The blade groove is used for putting the blade while operating glue removing. The three holes are used for fixing the blade.The installed upper moulds are iphone 4/5/6/6s.

STEP 1: Lcd Separation
Separation is the first process in the process of maintenance screen,need to use the device is a separator, the following pictures, the machine will separate the broken glass cover. |
