a. We GREEN establish a quality tracking system for each order;
b. Commonly we stick a QR label on each outer carton, where to get the info, e.g. order lot, production date, QC, etc, as soon as scanning it;
c. Moreover, if required, we GREEN could print the serial code, time, custom content on each cup bottom, to identify, track, promote or any other perposes.
d. Thus, not only could we track the quality, but also clients could be easier to control the business.
a. In food packaging industry, GREEN insists the principle"Quality First" ;
b. The Quality Assurance department is controlling the whole procedure, from raw material, production, to storage, and even loading.
c. For leaking test, QC is doing sampling test of 10-30 percent ratio, and every 20-30 minutes continuously.
d. Moreover, every cup should pass 3 procedures, - appearance check(rim, print), leaking test, fitting inspection(if necessary).
