Product information:
l Sawdust block machine is a kind of solidifying and shaping equipment, it can compress the powder of corp straw or wood into clavate fuel block through smashing, dedusting, compressing and shaping. The block produce is small in size, high density, convenient in store and transport, with higher heat than original materials. The machine is adopted Japanese and Danmark technology, reliable and equipped with a sturdy crank gear, cross head and two flywheels. One of the flywheels acts as a pulley and is driven by the main motor through flat belt. Forced lubrication is provided by an oil-circulating system with dual filtration and forced cooling.
l The density of the finished briquette can be adjusted from0.6—1.8g/cubic centimeter, it not only can press straw briquette for fuel, but also can press pellet for feed.
Long service life of mould :Hardened alloy steel crank shaft&Head .The mould is adopted the special steel and special wear-resistant materials, without replacement in three years.
Stress relieved and precision bored body Water cooling provides maximum running hours per day.
Easy operating with very low processing / operating cost compared to Screw type or Hydraulic technology.
Simple operation and convenient to use: high automation, less labor(three persons are OK),using manual feeding or conveyor automatic feeding.
Easy replacement of crank, king pin, housing bushes.
Automatic break off when it get low oil pressure.

The finished product is widely used: the machine can press the raw material into bar,briquette and pellet,mainly used for fireplace, boiler and power station. After burning, the residue is the good fertilizer of farm.

This machine can be even pressing various biomass corn straw, straw, rice, wheat straw, wheat shell,rice husk , bagasse,furfural slag,bean straw, cotton stalk, medical slag, branches, leaves and wood chips, sawdust, hay, peanuts, beanstalk, bush, forest production leftovers,discarded edible fungus bag,fuel life garbage and other material with the heat waste.The finished products can be used in the power plants, coal boiler, household fireplace for heating or for animal feeding .
