High Efficiency Electric Flat Car
I Brief Introduction
Electric rail trolley is an ideal non road electric motor car with an extraordinary outstanding performance and soft, safe driving environment.
II The Function of Operation System
1>Power Key the power control switch of electrical system. When the key is plugged in,the power and control system will be started if turning clockwise. On the contrary, when turning back, the power can be shut down.
2>Pedal accelerator
Pedal accelerator is applied to control the speed. The Pedal accelerator shall be pushed down slowly and then the trolley will be started to accelerate. The speed of The trolley will be reached to maximum when the pedal accelerator is pushed to the most bottom. Once the pedal is lifted,the trolley will be decelerated until to stop when the pedal is completely lifted.
3>Brake-Brake is applied to decelerate or stop the trolley.
4>Parking brake handle-can be used to parking and brake the trolley
5>Steering wheel-control the driving directions
6>Ammeter-there are 10 Marks on the Ammeter(Among 0 to 300). When the battery is under applying, the director of Ammeter will move from the high mark to the low mark.(In case of low power, please charge in time.
7>Advance/Back Switch-three Switches. Pree the the upper parts means advance and otherwise, Press the nether parts means backward. The swich shall be located at the right place or the rear axle and the dynamo will be damaged.
The driver shall fully understand the technical performance,operation mechanism and operation regulation.Besides, the driver shall follow the following safe operation regulation:
1>please don't drive on the Unauthorized road.
2>Please don't overload, otherwise the dynamo would be damaged so that the operating life of the trolley would be narrowed, leading to some potential safety hazard such as the decrement of brake performance.
3>non-professional personnel shall not drive this kind of trolley.
4>Please climb within the rated slope range
5>Don't overtake when at the crossroads, dead zone or other dangerous section.
