Concrete Steel Bar Cutting Machine
Description:
This machine is used to straighten and cut the steel bar.
1) Feeding method of this machine: feeding roller press the material; the feeding speed is high and no slipping of the steel bar. The machine will not bend the steel bar. Diameter of the pinch roller is quite large and feeding feeding is made of special tungsten steel which will have a long life span. Discharging speed is high: this machine can produce 0.9 ton per hour if the steel bar being 8mm*1.8m.
2) Straightening canister is open and it is easy to remove the broken steel bar, which will not jam the channels. The straightening canister is made of special tungsten steel. The bearing block is bigger than the normal one.
3) cutting is punch style and uses flat blade which can cut in the four sides. The cutting effect is excellent. The minimum length of cutting is 0.25m, and the cutting length error is less than 20mm. Turning operation will be ok.
4) The machine has a small dimension and it is easy to install.
