I.Background Introduction
The licking block of raising livestock salt takes salt as carrier, is produced by suppressing with the pressure 150Mpa/m2 the various trace elements in mineral substance, which is needed by domestic animals. After domestic animals freely lick the block, it obtains the comprehensive trace elements in mineral substance every day, and the routine feeding cannot provide such trace elements. The licking block is high dense, hard like stone, and can adapt to various extreme climates, and it can stand wind blowing, exposure to sun, and rain showering. The licking block is too tough to be gnawed by domestic animals, so the licking amount is possible to be under control effectively, both guarantees the daily needed ingestion quantity for mineral trace elements and does not have the waste, there is no need for manual control, so truly realizes food licking freely, and cultivating persons do not have to hold specialty knowledge to apply freely and obtain enormous benefit.
II.Applications:
a.Chemical: disinfection tablets, insect repellent films, camphor ball, detergents, fragrances, catalysts, metallurgy powder,Urotropin (for fast lighter), glass powder, ceramic powder products, art powder, sand round block, magnetic materials.

c.Agriculture: Feed block, fertilizer tablets, livestock salt licking blocks;
d.Electronic Batteries: thermistor, integrated circuit components, Carboniferous brush films, quick drop-off;
e.Health Products: calcium, propolis tablets, effervescent tablets, bath salts tablets
III.Brief Introduction of Main Machine and Parameters:
This hydraulic press is the new product used to make tablet with different shapes from different materials in food,chemical industry,electronics,metallurgy etc.
1. The whole machine is made of stainless steel,which can prevent from polutions,conform with GMP standard.And the Work platform is clean enough so that we get the light demolition,internal cleaning convenience purposes.
2. Equipped with a transparent viewing window to enable operators can see the whole system working condition.
3. Adopted PLC programming controller for the wholly system, realized bi-directional repression.Imported hydraulic components are used on this machine, all the key positions can be dually operated by mechanical and electrical ways.All of the operations can be adjusted through the PLC to the best state.Therefore,the machine is quite easy to be operated, can work stably,safly and accurately.
4. The hydraulic components are equipped inside of the machine and independent to prevent the damage from outside,pollution-free ,easy release the heat also and The control panel can be design to demonstrate in different foreign languages.
