Applications:
It is suitable for bonding of paper elements of filters and metal end caps of combustion motors.( fuel filter, oil filter)
1. Appearance: viscous liquid(color based on the need to configure ,color can be change according to customer requirements)
2. Density: 1.5 plus or minus 0.2 g/ml
3. Viscosity: 3.000-50.000 map.s
4. Nonvolatile content: greater than or equal to 98%
5. Curing conditions: 160°C--180°C 12-20min
6. shear strength:(steel-steel)State at room temperature use greater than or equal to10kg/cm2
7. tensile strength: put the five fold filter paper which is high-29.5mm fold width-22mm insert the adhesive with 2.5mm thick,the curing filter paper--- Pull away from the strength between the metal use greater than or equal to 200N can damage
8. oil resistance and aging resistance.(135°C×192h)not degumming
9. Validity period: within 6 month from the date of production

11. Attentions :
A. Should be stored in the shade.
B. Heat curing time and filter size, layer thickness and bake temperature, the heat transfer are related.
C. Viscosity can be adjusted according to user requirements.
