A. Production procedures

After order is confirmed, we have a meeting with the all dept. before production, investigate all the workmanship and technical details, make sure all the details are under control.

1. Inspect all the materials when arrived, ensure they will match customers' requirements

2. Inspect the semi-finished goods

3. Online quality control

4. Final products quality control

5. Final inspection while packing up all the goods. If there is no other problem at this stage, our QC will issue the inspection report and release for shipping

5. How about the sample and delivery time?

Sample time is about 5-7 days. The sample fee is charged according to the mold, material and size.

It depends on your order item and quantity, about 25- 35days accordingly. We are able to shorten the production time and delivery for urgent bulk order.

6. How can you pretect my designs and my brands?

The Confidential Information will not be disclosed, reproduced, or disseminated in any way. We can sign a Confidentiality and Non- Disclosure Agreement with you and our sub-contractors.

7. How about your quality guarantee?

We’re 100% responsible for the damaged goods if it’s caused by our improper sewing and package.
