The features and characteristics
1. The worktable can rotate 360 degree which has dispensed the inconvenience of the removal of the big slab. The rotating parts adopt wire cutting machine to guarantee the accuracy of the rotation. And when the worktable rotates 45 degree , it can make 45 degree cutting. The removal of the slab is very convenient because the worktable can rotate 0-85 degree .
2. Siemens PLC and Schneider electrical system.
3. The adoption of OMRON magnetic scale ruler can also guarantee the cutting accuracy. Most machine in China only use encoder, which has less accuracy than magnetic scale ruler.
2,The crossbeam adopts both hydraulic brake and motor-driven brake which has guaranteed the stability of the crossbeam and the cutting accuracy. Only our machine in China has this two type brake.
3,The weight of the machine is 9000KG which has decreased the deformation. Motor-head lifting adopts hydraulic lifting rather than slide lifting which has decreased the gap and increased the accuracy.
4,Most parts adopt cast iron, to ensure the stability and avoid out of shape
5,The machine has hand wheel which is very convenient to make short distance moving
The above configuration has improved the cutting accuracy. This hand wheel only our have has in China.
9 The worktable is made of I beam steel, not channel steel, so the worktable much stronger, in China nearly all the worktable of automatic cutting machine only use channel steel.
