Livia: Tell me about your product details.
1. What kind of product you have.
2. The size of your product( the length, width and height ).
Q2:
Customer: Is engineer available to serve oversea?
Livia: Yes, but the travel fee is paid by you. So actually to save your cost, we will
send you a video of full details machine installation and assist you till the end.
Q3:
Customer: How about the payment terms?
Livia: Normally, we trade with other in T/T, 30% deposit and 70%balance. If you need
other trade term like L/C, the commision fee is paid by you.
Q4:
Customer: How long is the warranty?
Livia: It is 12 months.
