Working principle
The selective coating on the inner tube collect solar energy and heat the heat pipe through the aluminum fins.
The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapour and then rise up to transfer the heat to the condenser.
Vapour becomes liquid after the heat been transferred. The process occurs again and again once the collector(s) is/are heated by the sun.
Features
The kind of vacuum tube assimilate the advanced 12 layers of spattering deposition of trivalent element technology, high quality borosilicate glass 3.3, gradual change of CU-SS-ALN/ALN selective absorption coating and make vacuum tubes have high performance of absorptance and low reflection ratio.
Through interlayer, vacuum has a unique effect of thermal, with its temperature up to 300degree of idle sunning, performing a strong ability.

Description
1. Combines glass vacuum tube and copper heated pipe to form a heat pipe tube.
2. No water in copper heated pipe, which shortened the heating time.
3. Without water in the glass vacuum tube, product can be used in cold weather of -30 Celsius degree.
4. Widely used for pressurized solar water heaters and solar projects.
5. Individual tube can work independently, solar water heater can still work in case of tube is broken. The warranty time of tubes are as long as 15 years.
