1 Working Principle of Pre-heat solar water heater with copper coil in tank
SANENG SNTH series high pressure preheated solar water heater with copper coil is a kind of
thermosiphon solar water heater with pressurized hot water using. A pile of heat exchanging
copper coil is installed in the hot water storage tank with two connections as inlet andoutlet,
pressure cold water goes through copper coil and all the way it absorbs heat from hot water
in storage tank, in this way at copper coil outlet we get instant pressure hot water continuously.
Assistant Tank
with a ball valve inside automatically control water refill into storage tank and keep it full always;
Heat Exchanger Usually a pile of copper pipe coil is fixed inside storage tank for fast heat
exchange, as a substitute, lower cost stainless pipe coil is also available, in some cases a small
pressure tank is adopted as heat exchanger inside storage tank.
