Manufacturing process features:to make the surface finish reach high standard,we use CNC machine tools to dealing with the surface coarse fine grinding processing repeatedly. A nd at the same time imported miniature digital control machine tools has been alo adopted to operate on the blade(triangle blade and blade curvature). Through 10 years hard work,our products have reached domestic leading level.
Heat treatment:when in the process of salt bath quenching,the temperature of the HSS blade should be in the range of 1205 to 1215 degrees.When the level of metallograpic organization reaches 10~11,we grading isothermal,hot clip,tempering on the HSS for 4 times(tempering process are not allowed to over heat).By this way,the tissue stiffness of HSS blade can reaches 64~65HRC.
