This four post car lift is in our factory for customer visiting.

These two kinds car lift provides fast, efficient, convenient and safe access to maintenance vehicles. It can be installed indoor and outdoor applications. Used for cargo lifting too .
1. Features:
- Driven by hydraulic cylinder for stable ascending and descending;
- Suitable for lifting various small and medium-sized vehicles with total weight for 5.0 tons in garage and workshop;
- Offering full-range mechanical safety protection by using the safety latches;
- Connected by four steel cables which forced synchronized movement of the lift in order to effectively prevent the sloping of the vehicles;
- Equipped with secondary lifting jack and sideslip which suitable for wheel alignment;
- Secondary Lifting hydraulic jack, pneumatic jack and manual jack are available upon request;
- Free caster kit for moving the lift

4. Product display
This four posts car lift (lift chain) not only has all safety device of the traditional elevator, but also has the special safety system :
Spillover valve, it can prevent high pressure when the machine moves up.
Manual emergency valve, it can go down to the nearest floor and open the door when you meet an emergency.
Manual pump: it can move up the nearest floor and open the door when you meet an emergency.
This car lift is under installation
Pipe fracture valve, when the hydraulic system pipe fracture, it can cut down the channel of the oil to stop the falling.
Temperature protection, when the temperature of the hydraulic oil is substandard, the machine will stop working until the temperature reverts to the safe standard.

Warranty and service
1. Warranty: 12 months apart from man-made faults from receiving the lift, if the installation is delayed for some reason, the warranty can be delayed to max 18 months.
2. The spare parts can be provided for free during the warranty.
3. During the warranty, if the equipment was broken due to the quality itself, we can do the free maintenance and provide the needed spare parts until it can work for normal use. If it is man-made faults, you need pay the material cost.
4. Tires, electric parts do not belong to the scope of warranty
5. We provide all-life long technical support, online and telephone service.
Plywood Packaging
Car lift will be firstly packed by films, then loaded into a steel frame plywood case for more safety.
