Rubber Deodorant ZB-120
Performance and features:
ZB-120 rubber deodorant has good function of completely eliminating or reducing the odor coming from rubber material or other additives, rather than using other scents to cover, especially for application of reclaimed rubber processing. It has better temperature resistance with small dosage and does not hamper the property of rubber. It is non-toxic and anti-irritation.
The scope of application:
ZB-120 can be used in the processing of natural rubber,Buna-N rubber,SBR rubber,reclaimed rubber.
Product information:
Melting point: 150±2℃
Appearance: white powder.
Dosage:
The dosage of ZB-120 recommended: 0.1-0.3% for rubber material. The dosage can be adjusted according to the requirement of reclaimed rubber material.
Method of application:
The powder of ZB-120 should be mixed with rubber material uniformly before processing, the better mixing will have better effect. It has no requirement for the processing temperature, but the higher temperature will be helpful for removing odor.
Packaging and storage:
ZB-120 is powder form and 10KG are packed in one carton with aluminum packaging inside. It should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry place with storage period of 12 months.
Note:
The smell will gradually eliminated when the product getting cool after adding the deodorant.
If the deodorant are added too much, the product will be affected to yellowing.
