Deodorant ZB-267
Performance and features:
Processing of polymers and coatings in the production process, often lead paint onto a small amount of polymer or small molecule organic compounds. These small organic molecules would change the nature of the polymer, and even become health hazards. ZB-267 plastic deodorant is a kind of with the absorption and reaction in the body deodorant and also has a good dispersion. Compared with other methods of deodorant, the difference of using ZB-267 is that it can completely eliminate the odor of paint and PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS plastic, rubber , rather than using other scents to cover. It has strong adsorption of CO2, SO2, nitrogen oxide exhaust gas (NOX), ammonia (NH3) pesticide bottles, cosmetic bottles, beverage bottles, chemical additives, residues scents, but the original smell of plastic, rubber, paint, ink, paint will not change. ZB-267 has no smell with cucumber scent, and non-toxic, non-stimulation which has passed SGS Certification.
The scope of application:
ZB-267 can be used in the processing of recycle plastic and Plastic of PP, PVC, PS, ABS, PC, shoes material and paint etc.
Dosage:
The dosage of ZB-267 recommended: 0.05-0.2% for plastic, it can start processing after mix this additive with plastic materials for 5 minuts. The odor will be eliminated after the ready plastic products getting cool.
Packaging and storage:
ZB-267 is powder form and 10KG are packed in one carton with aluminum packaging inside. It should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry place with storage period of 36 months.
Note:
The smell will gradually eliminated when the product getting cool after adding the deodorant.
If the deodorant are added too much, the product will be affected to yellowing.
