1/ GENERAL INTRODUCTION:
Tungsten carbide cold heading die for cold punching and heading of screws and nuts.
High impact resistance ,Toughness,wear resistance,and quality consistency. You are encouraged to use our professional carbide grades for cold heading &punching die nibs. Power metallurgical Compacting dies and other industries.For stable performance and high-cost-effectiveness.They have been proved to be ideal in making non-ferrous metal , ferrous metal and their alloys.
Zhuzhou UKO Cemented Carbide Co.,Ltd. could supply various grades and sizes cemented carbide heading die to customer, we have most complete mould stocks, also we could make any sizes as per customer's requirements.
All of our heading dies are sintered by HIP furnace, and we used the excellent raw material, our heading dies was exported to Germany, Italy, Turkey, South east Asia and Japan, the qty of our heading die production is over 20 MT per month, and the quality if very competive.
