General description:

 

Fiber Optic Splice Closure FOSC 400 B4 can be used in manhole, in handhole, aerial-hanger, wall-mounting, be directly buried and pedestal.

 

l  FOSC 400 B4 is designed for both single fiber and ribbon fiber.

 

Optional closure part :Excessive fibers can be stored in storage basket behind the splice trays.

 

l  If you add the fiber storage basket:24×4=96 fibers(single fiber) :for ribbon: 288 fiber

 

l  If you don’t need the fiber storage basket: 24×6=144 fibers(single fiber)

 

For tray A: 24 fiber per splice tray/ or 16 fiber per splice tray (Optional) For Tray B:24 fiber per splice tray

 

l  Materials: closure body: PP   splice tray: ABS

Heats shrink sealing

Fix and seal the base and cover it with clamp

Install the external fixing part, and fix the closure

Splice fibers and store rest. Fix the splice tray and enlace them with strap

Choose appropriate inlet port and cut it

Take the stripped fiber into the heat shrink tube and then stripped it into the base of closure

Fix the fiber and steel core.

Insert the fiber with protective tube into splice tray, and fix it

Loose the clamp and Open the closure

 

 Notes:1. Please align the two arrow marks(closure base and dome).

3.How to fix the splice trays

Use the plastic wedge to fix the splice trays.
