With plant as raw material, our Microbial Rennet is produced in accordance with the requirements for the usage of extract product, through Physiochemical extraction and separation process, directional obtain and concentration plant one or more effective components without changing the formation of the effective components. It is widely used in health food, cosmetics, medicine, daily necessities and so on.

 

DESCRIPTION:

Mirobial Rennet is controlled fermented by the purified fungus Mucor Meihei and purified preparation of Microbial Rennet, which can be used for the production of cheese and casein and replace rennet from animal origin. It is white to tan amorphous powder.

USAGE:

Microbial Rennet is widely used for the production of cheese and can also be used for the production of rennet casein and curd pudding, the dosage is as per production demand. The normal dosage for rennet powder is 0.002% to 0.004%, dissolve in 2% solution before use.
