Main Characteristics:
1) FXZ-6 in-line structure screw capping machine is made up of cap sorter, cap falling rail, bottle-tightening belt and capping wheels. With the help of the belts, the machine can finish the movement of cap scratching, pushing and screw capping. An extra non-foil rejecting device are optional, which is able to reject the caps without aluminum foil, make sure 100% accuracy of foil inside the cap.
2) This machine is applied to the capping of round, square and flat bottles, material in plastic, glass and metal are all acceptable. No need to change any components, easy to realize changing the bottle types by simple adjusting. The structure is easy to understand and adjustments, is convenient to master. No cap dispatch if there is no bottle in place.
3) Machine use stainless steel (316/ 304) for excellent durability and sanitation compliance, the whole machine designed according to GMP standard, easily to disassemble and clean.
4) Machine adopting world famous brand electrical elements to ensure the quality and stability.
