We have experience of producing and installing walk in dust chamber.
Test area and shelf
Test area is made of stainless-steel.
you can put test specimen on a stainless steel shelf, which is fixed above the sieve and funnel,
Standard load of shelf is 50kg (If need greater load, confirm in advance).
Chamber inside equipped with power interface for test specimen.
Normal width of a gap between wires is 75um.
Normal wire diameter is 50 um.

It is located on the right side of the test area.

Vacuum system
There is a vacuum for some test specimens.
Bottom of dust chamber is fitted with vacuum pump, a pressure gauge,
air filter, pressure regulator, connecting tube, which one side to connect
pump, one side connect to test specimen.
Dust circulation
First, dust is blown in test area by air motor,
Sencong, fall in funnel, and re-cycle blowing pump to achieve dust circulation test.
Bottom of chamber is fitted with circulating pump, vacuum pump, motor.

LIB: we have no stock, our standard delivery is 18 days , if you need in urgent , we can speed up the production ,will short to 15 days , customer should notice before order .

Question: Can you arrange installations and commissioning in our lab?
LIB: Firstly, for standard chamber we had 5 days commissioning before shipping , you just need link power in your lab, then can start to operate; Secondly; we had detailed operation manual with chamber , any problems you can find and solve in it; Thirdly, some of customized chambers we should to install and teach your team to operate .

LIB: It is three years warranty for every LIB’s chamber, and lifetime service. Now LIB has 8 agents in the world, and in Europe (Italy) , America (USA) Middle East(Iran) had service office, we can in first time to solve your problems.
