SDHJ feed mixer
Features
SDHJ single shaft paddle mixer is a high-performance batch mixer, can be able to mix free flow of dry solid materials. It is mainly used in feed, flour and other grain processing industry. Due to the features of raw material and adding the liquid, this high speed mixer can add liquid ratio is 5%, also it can provide the capacity range of 1000 to 8000 liters of various types.
• SDHJ single shaft paddle mixer ensure product to achieve the most strict quality standards. It can keep the product quality excellent mixing uniformity, (CV) less than 5%.
• With best geometric design mixing chamber and high-speed mixer blades ensure superior Performance,mixing time is around 1.5 minutes.
• Dual discharge door make discharge time of less than 10 seconds.
• Up to 20 batches / hour production means double times efficiency than normal mixer.
• Reasonable design of chamber surface area can benefit for the whole plant, can prevent the material residual and avoid pollution .
• It can be convenient to clean the mixing chamber and blade.
