Pine, also named whitewood imported from Finland, with FSC certificate. E1 mdf.
Water-based paint.
3. What’s your furniture moisture content? 8%-12%.
4. What’s your technology advantage?
Round-edged finish and hand-polished.
5. How's the package?
Flat packing/KD. Standard export carton + corner hard board + Plyfoam + EPE Foam.
6. Where is your factory?
In Shenzhen. The loading port here is Yantian or Shekou.
7. How many employees are there in your company?
More than 1000 with 4 production lines.
8. How many people are there in your R&D department?
More than 50 desingers,.we have long term cooperation relationship with Italian designers.
9. How do you control the quality?
We have 50 QC team. Each process has one QC. We assemble the furniture to check the quality carefully before shipment.

11. How is your after-sales service?
We can replace the parts free and load in the next container. Or we refund you the money.
12. What’s your sample lead time?
5 working days if the items are in stock. It takes 10-15 working days for customized item.

5 working days if the items are in stock. 40-50 days if customized.
14. What’s your payment terms?
L/C at sight,T/T,30% deposit the time we confirm the PO,finish the balance before loading.
