Electric control system for aluminium alloy suspended platform / swing stage

•ZLP Series Suspended platform / Cradle / Gondola mainly include two types: zlp630&zlp800

•Suspended platform are designed and constructed in modular form so it can be mounted in any size from 2-8 meters.

•The welding of the support structure of the platform is made of quality steel profiles 

•The connection of the individual parts of the structure in each unit is made with nuts and bol ts.

•The powered suspended platform is equipped with wheels  for easy   movement around the  construction site

•Along with standard powered suspended platform we also manufacture specialpowered  suspended platform with 90°, 45° and Circular shapes. 

•We can also manufacture suspended platform as per client’s specific requirements

   ¤The length of work platform include  1m,2m,3m,1.5m,2.5m .  The work platform can be made in any combination  based on customer's requirement.

1. Working platform, suspension mechanism 

With hot galvanized steel or aluminium alloy ,the  suspension  mechanism  uses 80*80,70*70  square  tube,  thickness is  3.75mm,  front and  rear girder is 2.35mm thickness, middle  girder is  2.48mm, thickness  of  working platform  is 2.2mm.

2. Hoist 

With famous brand of motor, large braking torque, unique anti-rope clamping  device, when  the rope is  clamped,the  alarming  rings,the motor stops working, so that factor of safety is  increased meantime,  maintenance cost of hoist is reduced. Lubrication oil is  220# industry  gear oil.

3. Safety lock 

The lock cylinder uses special stainless steel, with strong impact resistance, higher toughness, wear resistant, long services life,safe and reliable.

4.  Control Panel / Control Box

 The electric components uses CHNT,SCHNEIDER brand, reliable quality,easy to maintain.

5. Counter weight

The shell of counter weight uses 1.5mm steel plate, the using life can be more than 5 years.
